Good coffee should lead to more good coffee. Collect a stamp whenever you buy a hot drink at Heidi. Once you have seven, your eighth is on us—any hot drink, any size.
It’s free to join, and your mobile number is your loyalty card. Nothing extra to carry and nothing to remember.

Ask the team to join when you buy your next drink and enter your mobile number at the till.
Collect stamps
Every hot drink earns one stamp. Buying a round? You’ll receive a stamp for each eligible drink.

Collect seven stamps and your next hot drink is free. Just give the team your mobile number when you order.
Loyalty works at every Heidi
You can collect loyalty stamps at every Heidi and Foggs counter.
There is one complication worth knowing. Because some of our cafés use their department store’s till system, loyalty accounts are organised into three separate shop groups:
Our standalone shops
Chelsea, Haslemere, Richmond, Windsor Royal Station and Alresford share one loyalty account.
Heidi and Foggs in Daniel, Windsor
Both cafés inside Daniel share a separate loyalty account.
Heidi in Elphicks, Farnham
Our café inside Elphicks has its own loyalty account.
The reward is the same everywhere, but stamps earned in one group cannot be combined with or redeemed in another. You’re welcome to join more than one group using the same mobile number.
Loyalty in the Heidi app
The Heidi app connects to your standalone-shop loyalty account. Order ahead or pay through the app and your stamps are added automatically. The app doesn’t currently connect to the tills inside Daniel or Elphicks, but you can still collect there by giving your mobile number at the till.
