Heidi Gift Cards
Give them something lovely to look forward to. A Heidi gift card can become morning coffee, lunch with a friend, an afternoon cake—or whatever they fancy most.
Choose an amount from £5 to £200 and send an eGift card immediately or on a future date. You can add a personal message too.
Send one online
Choose the right shop group, select an amount and enter the recipient’s name and email address. Square will send them a unique gift-card code on the date you choose.
They can show the code from their phone when they come to spend it.
Physical gift cards are also available from our cafés. Ask the team at the counter and they’ll load one while you wait.
Choosing the right gift card
Our gift cards use the same three shop groups as Heidi Loyalty. This is because our cafés operate across three separate Square till systems.
A gift card can be used at any shop within the group it was bought for, but it cannot be spent or moved to another group.
Our standalone shops
For Chelsea, Haslemere, Richmond, Windsor Royal Station and Alresford.
Heidi and Foggs in Daniel, Windsor
One gift card that can be used at either of our cafés inside Daniel.
Heidi in Elphicks, Farnham
For our café on the first floor of Elphicks.
If you’re unsure, choose the group containing the shop your recipient visits most often.
Useful things to know
- Gift cards can be loaded with any amount from £5 to £200.
- Heidi gift cards expire one year after purchase.
- They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The balance can be checked through Square or at a counter within the relevant shop group.
- If an eGift card email doesn’t arrive, check the recipient’s junk folder first.
- If it still can’t be found, email team@heidibakery.co.uk with the order reference and we’ll help resend it.
