Victoria Sponge Candle

We haven’t had Victoria Sponge on the menu for a while and wanted to bring it back for Christmas.

So Vincenzo and the team devised a candle version - Swiss buttercream, jam and sponge, rolled tight and then dipped into chocolate.

Some chocolate ‘wax’ decoration is then applied with a biscuity flame adorning the final cake.
