Our Red Velvet Stack is one of our less formal-looking cakes: a fun take on a classic recipe.
It’s layers of soft, red chocolate sponge, pulled together and topped with a delicious and smooth cream cheese mousse.
It’s finished with more red sponge pieces and can be crowned with a personalisation plaque of a message of your choice.
This cake is around 8 inches in diameter and served on a 9-inch cake board. It should serve around 8-10 people.
