A free hot drink appears in your Awards for your next visit.
Pay for your second coffee.

And your Coffee Card stamps keep building on every paid order.
Launch offer at Heidi Victoria only. A free hot drink is added to your Awards after each of your first two paid app orders (over £1.99) at Heidi Victoria placed by 31 October 2026. Redeem it in the Heidi app at Heidi Victoria on a later order by 31 October 2026. Two gifts per customer, one per order, from our coffee and tea range. Not exchangeable for cash or combined with other discounts. Heidi may change or withdraw the offer at any time.
Heidi Victoria
Inside London Victoria station, on the main concourse. Open 6am to 7pm Monday to Saturday, and 7am to 7pm on Sunday.
Your coffee can be on its way before you are. Choose and pay for your order in the Heidi app, then collect it from your selected shop.

What you can do
Order ahead
Browse the menu, choose a collection shop and send your order directly to its team. Most orders are ready around five to eight minutes after confirmation.
Pay through the app
Pay securely using a major credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. At Windsor Royal Station and Haslemere you can also order at the counter and use Check In to pay through the app.
Collect loyalty stamps automatically
The app syncs with the loyalty scheme at our standalone shops. Every eligible hot drink adds a stamp, whether you order ahead or pay through the app at the counter. Collect seven stamps and your eighth hot drink is free.

The app doesn’t currently connect to Heidi and Foggs inside Daniel or Heidi inside Elphicks because those cafés use their department store’s tills.
Loyalty still works at those shops—just give your mobile number to the team instead.
Getting started
Download the free Heidi app.
Create an account and add your preferred payment method.
Choose your shop and place your order.
Wait for confirmation, then head to the collection point near the coffee machine.
Questions
Do I need an account?
You can browse without one, but you’ll need to sign in to order, pay or collect loyalty stamps.
Where do I collect an order?
Head towards the coffee machine rather than joining the main ordering queue. Let the team know you’re collecting an app order.
Can I use the app in Daniel or Elphicks?
Not currently. You can still use Heidi Loyalty in both department stores by giving your mobile number at the till.
My stamps aren’t showing. What should I do?
Sign out and back in first—your stamps belong to your account rather than your phone. If they are still missing, email team@heidibakery.co.uk with your account’s mobile number, the shop and the date of your visit.
Which drink is free with the Heidi Victoria launch offer?
A free hot drink from our coffee or tea range. The app applies it to the cheapest qualifying drink in your basket, and there’s no minimum spend, so it can be the only thing you order.
When can I use my free drink?
It’s added to your Awards within a few minutes of your paid order (over £1.99) completing, and the app sends you a notification when it’s ready. Use it on a later order at Heidi Victoria: it can’t be used on the order that earned it, and unused gifts lapse on 31 October 2026.
Does the launch offer work at other Heidi shops?
No. It’s for app orders at Heidi Victoria only. Anyone with the Heidi app qualifies, new and existing customers alike. Open Coffee on us in the app for the full details.
