Heidi app common questions

Your order will usually be ready around 5 – 8 minutes from being acknowledged by the app. Please head towards the coffee machine in the store you ordered from where a member of the team will help. There is no need to queue in the main till queue, but if the coffee machine area is busy, please ensure you remain socially distanced from other people that are waiting for coffees.

You don’t need to sign-up to use the app. However, you will need to sign-up and input a payment method to place orders and/or collect loyalty stamps.

When you sign-up you’ll be given the option to opt-in to marketing communications. We plan to issue loads of special offers via the app so please consider doing this!

We accept all major credit and debit cards using the app, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay!

Credit cards are securely processed via our payments processor, Worldpay FIS. Items on your bank statement will appear as Caracoli / Heidi.

A quick selfie helps us to identify you when you’re using in-store features, such as Check-In.

The Check-In button on the app allows you to place an instore order with one of our team and then pay using the app. You’ll also then collect digital loyalty stamps for any eligible products.
