Large Fruit Tart

Our seasonal fruit tart is constructed on a light, Breton dough, which is turn filled with pastry cream and a delicious strawberry gel.

It is decorated according to fruits of the season, so its look may vary slightly to what’s shown in the photograph.

This cake is around 8 inches in diameter and served on a 9-inch cake board. It should serve around 8 people.
