Where do I collect my order?

From the shopping cart view you can select where you'd like to pick up your order - in either our Windsor or Farnham stores. Full addresses are shown below.

When can I collect my order?

From the shopping cart view you'll be able to select a time and date for us to ensure we have your order ready by. You won't be able to collect it before then and we'll prepare your order as close to that time as possible to make sure it's as fresh as it possibly can be.

For our Farnham store we only offer collection on the days our van is making its way from Windsor to Farnham, so available times will be a little more limited.

Do you offer delivery?

Currently we're not able to offer delivery. We're looking into it though!

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

We take steps to prepare your order almost as soon as you place it - including ordering extra ingredients from our suppliers. Therefore as per our Order Terms & Conditions, we're unable to accept any chances once an order is placed.

Can I change my collection time once I have placed my order?

We'll try our best! Give us a call on 01753 905001 and we'll see what we can do.

What if I have an allergen?

Please let us know prior to your order so we can talk to you about what ingredients go into our products. However please note that as a small busy bakery, we're unable to guarantee that our products are free of any particular ingredients.
