Grilled Courgette Sandwich
Grilled courgette, aubergine and red pepper. Served on a light spread of olive tapenade and finished with fresh basil.
Made with a beautifully light sourdough bread. Or we can substitute for a gluten-free bread, but please note it comes in slightly smaller than the sourdough.
Individually wrapped to keep fresh for an office environment, but please specify if you do not require this.
